In this role, you will play a crucial part in various accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and supporting senior accountants with audits and tax compliance. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accounting, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Record and process daily transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and invoices.Update and maintain the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting records.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.Support senior accountants with internal and external audits and tax filings.Maintain and update accounting records and documents in compliance with standards and regulations.Research and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies promptly.Perform other accounting duties as assigned to contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department.Requirements:Qualification in Accounting or related field.Minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Familiarity with Pastel Partner or similar accounting software.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs to support continuous improvement.All employees are required to have an uncapped 20 Mbps (up and download) minimum internet Connectivity line.Why Join SAOTA:At SAOTA, we foster a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and well-being.
