If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!This role is based in Bryanston, Sandton.Key Responsibilities:Budgeting:Lead Annual Budget Process: Drive the creation and execution of a realistic operational expenses budget with relevant cost center budget owners.Business Case Assistance: Collaborate with teams to build compelling business cases and assess ROI.Investment Strategy: Identify the best investments to drive business growth.Environmental Analysis: Understand and navigate political, economic, legislative, and technological forces.Adaptive Finance Management: Transform and adapt financial plans to align with the macro-environment.Ongoing Support: Assist budget owners throughout the year to ensure adherence to the set budget.Reporting:In-Depth Analysis: Analyze various business aspects to enhance financial performance and mitigate risks.Strategic Role: Play an integral role in the finance team, analyzing past results and forecasting future outcomes.Expense Management: Provide insights to help manage expenses, offering data support as needed.Accurate Reporting: Deliver insightful reports to business departments and executive committees, contributing to a scalable business model.Monthly Submissions: Handle TBs and forecasts submissions to the group using Cognos Controller.Reporting: Support the CFO with company specific reporting needs.Rollovers: Manage month-end and year-end rollovers efficiently.Performance Metrics: Calculate crucial financial ratios and measures.Financial Communication: Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers.Analysis and Forecasting:Timely Forecasts: Submit monthly financial forecasts within group deadlines, including KI forecasts, sales/churn forecasts, cost calculations, and price planning.Decision Support: Generate reports to assist in decision-making and performance improvement.Key Initiatives ROI:Product Implementation: Ensure successful implementation of KI products, focusing on scalable and efficient financial processes and systems.Cloud Billing Setup: Establish scalable SME cloud billing processes.Infrastructure Setup: Assist with setting up necessary infrastructure for ASP.Treasury Functions: Support treasury, reconciliation, and settlement functions for our Buy-now-pay-later product.Qualifications and Experience needed:BCom Finance or Management Accounting.CIMA designation would be advantageous.3 years experience in a FP&A role
