The individual guides the Country pricing strategy required to achieve the growth ambition and will drive execution, includingthe development of relevant value propositions and solution design to support the growth. Driving the product commercial organization around OCC and RDM structures, where applicable.Responsibilities:OCCLead OFR pricing activities and ensure pricing efficiency and competitiveness for all ocean freight related sub-productsDrives risk-taking analysis & proposals to deliver country growth targetsSimplify country led RFQs to increase efficiencyDrives STP on tender businessOverseeing all large tenders running through the OCC specialists as part of the global RFQ process and ensure efficient execution with all stakeholdersDrives automation within the Tender management set upSpearheads RFQ analytics to improve win ratiosSenior Commercial Product Engagement:Driving senior commercial product engagementFocal point for Country product developmentBC Segment:Responsible for the Country Growth structure and Country RDM structure (RDM where applicable)Drives development and execution of local trade lane plans via OFR FS Major across all OFR products, according to focus Trade lanes defined by Trade Management Drives target customer definition from a product and/or trade perspective together with local OFR product heads, Trade Management and M & SDrive STP within the BC segment with M & SCoordinates and aligns the commercial approach for all OFR products together with M&S:Country focal point for M & SEnsures process alignment together with M & S within the countryAligns M&S activities across the country as relevant to OFR productSkills:In-depth knowledge in the Logistics industry especially the ocean freight product both imports and exports.Clear result orientation and commercial mindsetStrategic but action-oriented mindset which contributes to businessStrong commercial sense and motivation to serve the customerGood negotiator, always having the aspired goal in mindNeeds to be able to lead a teamExcellent networking abilities and impeccable interpersonal approachAble to lead larger internal and external meetingsReadiness to coach people and likes to work across culturesQualifications:Min. 8 years of experience in the OFR forwarding industrySales experience is an advantageDegree in business Management or a related fieldUsed to work in a multinational environment and in a large corporation with proven track record of customer growth and Leadership
