This team is searching for a Data Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making within the organisation. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the company, to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience. Responsibilities: Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party vendors.Cleanse, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Utilise statistical techniques and data mining algorithms to analyse large datasets and extract meaningful insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to inform business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to understand business requirements and priorities.Provide analytical support and insights to assist in the development and implementation of business initiatives and process improvements.Advocating for efficient and effective processes within the ICT team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.Ensuring that ICT solutions and services meet the needs and expectations of internal and external customers and championing a customer-centric approach within the ICT team.Implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring business continuity. Ability to resolve problems at database level.Analysing business requirements and translating them into feasible ICT solutions, evaluating options, and recommending appropriate technologies.
