Our Client , an Advertising Agency in Durban is Recruiting for a SeniorTraffic Manager In this roleyou will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of advertising campaigns and content delivery across multiple channels. You will be responsible for coordinating with various teams within the organization to optimize the scheduling, placement, and execution of advertising materials. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, from initial planning to final execution. Coordinate with sales, creative, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of campaigns. Schedule Coordination: Develop and manage advertising schedules, ensuring that placements align with client requirements and organizational objectives. Monitor inventory availability and make adjustments as necessary to optimize utilization. Traffic Control: Act as the central point of contact for all advertising materials. Traffic and track incoming creative assets, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of advertising materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Address any errors or discrepancies promptly to maintain the integrity of campaigns. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on campaign performance, including delivery metrics, pacing, and optimization strategies. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future campaigns. Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the media house and advertising clients. Provide regular updates on campaign status, performance metrics, and any relevant developments. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and streamline internal workflows and processes related to campaign management and traffic operations. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced collaboration across teams. Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 5 years +experience in traffic management, advertising operations, or media planning, preferably within a media house or advertising agency. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency in advertising management software and tools, such as ad servers, CRM systems, and project management platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
