Our Client is currently recruiting for a Group Financial Manager The group financial manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities of the company. The responsibilities are diverse and strategic, ensuring that the companies financial health is maintained and that its financial practices align with business objectives. Responsibilities Include: Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the companys budget, including forecasting future financial performance. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Performance Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and improved financial performance. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys long-term goals Investment Decisions: Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations on capital allocation. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information. Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of any issues identified. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the companys cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital. Debt Management: Oversee the companys debt portfolio, including financing arrangements and repayment strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
