The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Planning&Wine Services. Duties include: *winemaking process as part of the winemaking team *blending and stabilisation of wine *quality control *inventory management *cellar staff management *cellar hygiene *wine/cellar administration, invoicing and record keeping *all other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant tertiary qualification in Viticulture/Oenology; • Minimum 2 years' winemaking experience, ideally including some harvests; • Strong computer skills (MS Office); • Experience in Food Safety Standards (BRC/IFS); • Experience with IPW&SAWIS will be advantageous; • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans); • Own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
