Order Taking: Accurately and efficiently take food and drinks orders, conveying special requests to the kitchen staff. Table Setting and Clearing: Set up tables, maintain cleanliness during service, and efficiently clear tables after guests have finished their meals. Menu Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials, to guide guests in their choices. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns promptly and enhancing their overall dining experience.
