We support clients and projects throughout Africa and the UK with a focus on high profile infrastructure projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Engineering Management and Project Management of water and wastewater projectsDesign of water and wastewater related infrastructure, including water and wastewater treatment processCompiling of tender and contractual documents, design reports and due diligence reportsManagement of Water Conservation and Water Demand Management (WCWDM) projectsGrow client relationships and attend client progress meetingsProject management and interfacing with other engineering disciplines on multi-disciplinary projectsKeep up to date with industry advances, and be aware of policy and technical developments in this disciplineHEALTH AND SAFETYUpholding standards for SHEQ performance and behaviour consistent with the company’s health, safety, environmental and quality vision and policies by influencing those around you.Contributing to the identification of SHEQ risks and driving processes to achieve Zero Harm.Embracing, displaying and promoting the company values and ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all times.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Minimum of a B Eng. / BSc (Civil Eng)ECSA Registration (Pr Eng) will be an advantageMinimum 5-7 years’ experience in water and wastewater engineering industryKnowledge of the relevant standards, regulations and legislation in the water fieldExperience in masterplanning, feasibility, and design aspects of water projectsExperience in Water Conservation and Water Demand Management (WCWDM)Experience in water strategic advisory servicesExperience in water infrastructure asset managementKEY COMPETENCIES AND GENERIC SKILLS:Team player;Strong analytical ability;Takes ownership and accountability with the ability to deliver requested work within deadlines;Good engineering judgement;Exhibits leadership (technical or managerial);Be able to prioritise, work on several tasks and work under pressure.Additional InformationWhat if we can have work-life balance?
