What’s your USP?We’re looking for someone curious and collaborative who will be able to interpret and implement the creative vision across a broad range of projects ranging from digital, social, print, and motion. If that’s you, read on…So, what will you do?You will produce a wide range of creative assets, from designing concept pitches to producing highly polished final artwork.You will work with Team Leads to create effective creative communication solutions that edify iKhokha as a brand and that help our merchants and potential merchants make decisions.You must be capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, show amazing attention to detail, and be well organized.In addition to the above, you will:Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideaDesign development and production for various design tasks and projectsRoll-out of approved key visuals to various elementsIdeate concepts for various projects and channelsLayout and design of ideation presentationsPresenting ideas to the Senior Art Director, Creative Director and/or the broader Growth Marketing TeamProvide creative solutions for design issuesStay abreast with the latest design/industry trends across digital and traditional mediaQualificationsNational Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or equal to relevant tertiary educationDeal Breakers:Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a graphic designer or related roleDesign for a broad range of projects including print communication, packaging, digital and moving images.To maintain the high visual standard, match, set, and assist others in maintaining this standard.Creation of presentations and mock-ups to present ideas/executions for approval.A great eye and in-depth understanding of graphic design principles.Illustration skills are advantageous.Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop essential).Additional skills:To bring fresh ideas and approaches by combining cultural awareness with an enquiring mind.Any other duties as reasonably requested.Must have a proactive approach to tasks, tackling them with a positive mindset and good communication skills.Additional digital skills (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD etc) would be an asset but not essential.Traditional typography and print skills.Additional InformationPerks of joining the Tribe?Work in a high-growth company with tangible results you're accountable for.Enjoy hybrid,remote, and in officeworkmodels.Competitive remuneration and benefits, including reduced Gap cover rates.
