The ideal candidate would be fresh out of engineering school and looking to learn and apply their knowledge at a fast pace. Responsibilities would be as follows: Render drafts/drawings for Solar PV plant installations, both preliminary and final. General, Mechanical, Civil & Electrical aspects. General Arrangement, Site Development plans, Single Line diagrams, String Diagrams etc. Compile Cable Schedules & Cable Derating Schedules according to required standards Assist in gathering information for the final as-built drawings. Assist the Design Engineers by problem-solving complex aspects of Solar PV plants throughout installations, while adhering to a strict budget. Attend site inspections both before and after installations. Design preliminary systems for Tender submissions Analyse RFP/Tender documentation with the Engineering Team. Liaise with suppliers & subcontractors for technical solutions by conveying design information across. Work with the engineering & project management teams on expertise solutions.
