Reference: 9045 NB Consultant: Nine Broodryk Job Description: Contracts Capturing and submitting purchase and sales contracts on the system Perform cost calculation on transactions Billing Invoicing and storing necessary documents Email/post invoice to customers Loading of external invoices: Prepare accounts payable invoices for payment (POC) Load storage invoices and other supplier invoices Closing of contracts at the end of Feb. and Sept. 6 Months reconciliations Inventory Complete request for inventory adjustments where necessary Logistics admin Generate loading contracts Update of loads on the dashboard Qualifications: At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or financial role.
