Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, marketing, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations within the luxury travel industry.Knowledge of the luxury travel market in South and East Africa.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Tourplan or WISH or similar) software.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the luxury travel industry for South and East African destinations.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote unique and exclusive travel experiences.Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development.Ensure all sales processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company policies and procedures.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management and stakeholders.This is a Hybrid role and is open to candidates based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.#J-18808-Ljbffr
