Key Tasks:Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Sales staff.Attend to telephone calls and record verbal orders.Capture orders onto SAGE received via email, Repsly, portals, and telephone.Attend to counter customers and process orders.Invoice picked orders and collate route supporting documents.Handle cross-border invoicing and required supporting documents.Capture stock exception reports.Compile organized and accurate document packs for head office and ensure timely submission.Provide sales and customer support to the external sales team.Attend to adhoc admin tasks.Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills:Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an internal customer service position.High school matric qualification.Vehicle license and own vehicle.Good understanding and working knowledge of SAGE, Excel, Outlook, and Word.Positive solutions-based mindset.Well-presented with excellent mannerisms.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.High emotional intelligence and self-esteem.Good organizational and administration skills.Ability to grow and develop product knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.Maintain personal appearance.High levels of accuracy.Manage varied workloads to ensure tasks are always up to date.Principles:Integrity, Cooperation, Accountability, Honesty, Respect, Gratitude, Curiosity, Ownership, Responsibility, Empathy.Location:Wadeville, Gauteng.Salary:Market-related
