Key Tasks:Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Sales staff.Attend to telephone calls and record verbal orders.Capture orders onto SAGE received via email, Repsly, portals, and telephone.Attend to counter customers and process orders.Invoice picked orders and collate route supporting documents.Handle cross-border invoicing and required supporting documents.Capture stock exception reports.Compile organized and accurate document packs for head office and ensure timely submission.Provide sales and customer support to the external sales team.Attend to adhoc admin tasks.Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills:Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an internal customer service position.High school matric qualification.Vehicle license and own vehicle.Good understanding and working knowledge of SAGE, Excel, Outlook, and Word.Positive solutions-based mindset.Well-presented with excellent mannerisms.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.High emotional intelligence and self-esteem.Good organizational and administration skills.Ability to grow and develop product knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.Maintain personal appearance.High levels of accuracy.Manage varied workloads to ensure tasks are always up to date.Principles:Integrity, Cooperation, Accountability, Honesty, Respect, Gratitude, Curiosity, Ownership, Responsibility, Empathy.Location:Wadeville, Gauteng.Salary:Market-related
