Job Description:If team has Universal Bankers level 3, then Team Leader is SBG10. Responsible for the facilitation of a team’s outcomes. The team consists of –Facilitate the process of removing obstacles. If team has Universal Bankers level 2, then Team Leader is SBG09. If team consists of Universal Bankers Level 1, then Team Leader is SBG09. Accountable for a team in a POR and / a POR. Universal Bankers level 1 and / 2, and / 3.
