Apply now.Company DescriptionRead about us on www.copious-software.comRoles and ResponsibilitiesCandidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as Salesforce Developers in Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud.  Experience with implementing full-cycle projects in SF Marketing Cloud / SFMC platform (Sales Cloud, Lightning, Force.com platform) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and all its properties.Hands-on experience in Personalization Builder, Journey Builder, Mobile Connect.Prior experience implementing a full-cycle project on Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud.Expert ability in Journey Builder, Personalisation Builder & Mobile Connect.Force.com platform experience is an added advantage. Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.Must have a deep understanding of a different kind of marketing programs in a multi-channel campaign and marketing worldProven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Other skills required -Good understanding of the marketing concepts and overall flow in marketing automation space. Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.Experience on similar marketing platforms such as Pardot or Adobe Marketing Cloud would be a plus.Problem solver & Customer service orientationBetter time management & stress management.Professional Communication (written, verbal/presenting, and listening).Awards & Certifications -Degree or Diploma in IT.Salesforce certification is Mandatory.Employment type -Our preferred engagement model is contracting (approx 12 months of initial engagement & renewable).We do welcome a permanent employment model too; let's discuss this further close to the onboarding stage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
