Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Cape Town with flexibility for some remote work for a Sage Intacct Consultant. The Sage Intacct Consultant will be responsible for implementing, training, and supporting financial modules of Sage Intacct Cloud financials + ERP solution while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The consultant should demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in the finance industry and have proven software project delivery capabilities. This is the perfect opportunity to move out of an office-bound job and work with businesses in various industries across South Africa. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an ERP or Financial Systems Consultant, preferably with Sage Intacct. Good understanding and hands-on experience in at least one accounting software, preferably Sage, and a strong technical understanding of Cloud technology. A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Excellent communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and clients to identify the needs, gather requirements, and provide training. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide sustainable resolutions to clients. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business/Accounting Information Systems or a related field. Must have a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and engage in continuous learning. Excellent time management and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Be willing to travel as required. Microsoft Office literate (Advanced Excel) Excellent attention to detail Experience with Sage Intacct (beneficial) Experience in BI report writing Driver's License and own transport Role Assisting the pre-sales team and doing demos. Support clients on an ad hoc basis with the ability to identify the issue/problem, provide a solution, and communicate with the client. Ensure the request is completed within an acceptable time frame and inform the CTO / CEO of any complications. Ability to prepare, plan, and schedule training sessions and document training manuals accordingly Have the ability to liaise and meet with clients to understand and identify the business requirements and solutions required. Assist the CTO with project support, ensure deadlines are met, and supply the client with the required feedback and updates. Documenting the client's requirements. Scope of work. Handle all aspects of the project. ·Set up new environments. ·Importing required data. ·Go live support Provide prompt, exceptional customer service Manage and schedule client meetings and ensure queries are resolved in an acceptable time frame. Gathering and validating the required information.
