Howden MEA Projects Division is looking for a Tender Coordinator&Executive Support. The position will support business development team by coordinating all enquiries from receipt to submission, compiling tender packs for submission on complex turnkey project tenders’ deliverables. Support senior management team in their daily tasks to drive the strategy and manage their time effectively. What needs to be done? Support the business development teams in their day to day needs. Coordinate the process from enquiry receipt to tender submission. Type, compile tender submissions in accordance with policy. Support the division’s senior management team as and when required. Liaise with clients as required. Organise meetings when required. At all times adhere to procedures, instructions, quality and health&safety standards. Compliance: SOX Compliance: Adhere to Sarbanes Oxley and AX controls. What do you need to bring? Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Ability to communicate and support at an executive level. 5 years’ experience in a similar role within an engineering environment Experience in project administration and knowledge of tender processes including tender briefings and submissions is required. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel. Strong administration skills and high level of attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and work well to demanding deadlines.
