We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team in driving revenue growth. Crosscreators.com is a marketplace for augmented reality marketing. We're on a mission to break down walls to democratize AR content creation. We started 2021 with 10 companies using our Platform, by now it's more than 500. Come join us on our journey and play a key role in building an open Augmented Reality Marketplace! Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets, using various tools such as LinkedIn, industry directories, and company websites; Create and maintain a database of leads and prospects in our CRM system; Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms; Develop and deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of our products/services; Schedule meetings and product demonstrations between qualified leads and our sales team; Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns and strategies; Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with potential clients; Consistently meet and exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets; Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate new leads; Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and any challenges or opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the (industry) sector; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients; Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure; Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with sales prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for lead generation; Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
