Our client is looking for an individual to lead the maintenance function in the safe and cost effective execution of maintenance and project work - to improve availability and reliability of plant and equipment.  Requirements:Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mech or Elec)Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an automotive environmentDuties include:Sheq - facilitate the management of a safety, health and environmental management programme in the workplace (ISO14001 and ISO45001)Quality management system - Manage and implement the Maintenance Quality Assurance systemsPolicies and procedures - initiate, develop and update Maintenance Policies, Procedures, Codes of Practice etcFinancial Management - provide input into the budget process, monitor performance against budget, promote good Corporate GovernanceCustomer and supplier liaisonMaintenance Management - analyse and interpret planned maintenance reports, analyse and interpret breakdown reports. Diagnose plant and equipment problems.  Upkeep of general facilities and utilitiesMaintenance PlanningMaintenance workshop - ensure effective management of the maintenance and fabrication workshopProject planningManage implementation of engineering projectsAnalyse maintenance reports
