Ref No: 3219 - Pharmacist Order Processing Manager R845k CTC per annum Salary: R845k CTC per annum Location: Location: Parow, Cape Town South Company: Company: Express Employment Professionals SA Head Office Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is looking for the services of seasoned Pharmacist Order Processing Manager for their operations in the Western Cape. - Assist with daily quality assurance processes, reports and general query handling - 1st Time Query resolution:>98% - Assist in compiling weekly and monthly reporting to both Provincial Department of Health and National Department of Health - Call centre management of both Inbound and Outbound Calls - Daily meetings with Managers regarding Service Level Agreements - Overtime budget management and compliance - Allocation of resources throughout Order Processing - Liaison between support departments and business take-on's - Capacity planning for new business take-on's - Probation&Performance Management - Resolving Stock challenges - IR interventions - To ensure that the Western Cape Central dispensing unit (WC CDU) Order Processing Department is operating effectively and efficiently within the WC CDU SLA - Understanding of the WC CDU Penalty Matrix - Compiling and management of new SOP's - Management of Operational expenses within budget - BPharm Degree for a recognised University - 5 to 7 years Admin Management experience - 5 to 7 years Supervisory and Management experience - 2 to 3 years experience and working knowledge of the Western Cape Central Dispensing Unit (WC CDU) The number of jobs in each salary range for all: Express Employment Professionals SA Head Office Express Employment Professionals SA Head Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
