Reporting structure The Project Administrator will report to the Project Manager for all instructions & task. Administratively to the Project Management Office to support execution efforts. Preferred Education Bachelor degree business administration, project management, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project administration or related role, preferably in the EPC industry. Proficiency in document control systems and project management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK) is an advantage. Recommended Experience Min 3 years’ experience in EPC projects as a Project Administrator or Project Manager. Proven Track Record.
