Job Description: RPO Recruitment is currently working with a leading mining company in the Northern Cape who is seeking a highly skilled Process Plant Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities: Monitor compliance with relevant mining regulations and company policies Identify and implement process improvements to optimize plant performance Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on time Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve plant issues Provide technical support and training to plant personnel Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering GCC Mines&Works Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a GCC Engineer in a mining environment Minimum 5 years relevant experience on Crushing and Screening Plant with, Conveyor Systems and automated Stackers/Reclaimers and general associate infrastructure Experience in Planning and Improvement within an Opencast Mining and Process Plant Environment Experience with plant operations, maintenance, and optimization Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Salary: R2.2Mil p/a - R2.4Mil p/a Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training&Development RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
