Job Description:RPO Recruitment is currently working with a leading mining company in the Northern Cape who is seeking a highly skilled Process Plant Engineer to join their team.Responsibilities:Monitor compliance with relevant mining regulations and company policiesIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize plant performanceManage capital expenditure projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on timeConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve plant issuesProvide technical support and training to plant personnelRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringGCC Mines & WorksMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a GCC Engineer in a mining environmentMinimum 5 years relevant experience on Crushing and Screening Plant with, Conveyor Systems and automated Stackers/Reclaimers and general associate infrastructureExperience in Planning and Improvement within an Opencast Mining and Process Plant EnvironmentExperience with plant operations, maintenance, and optimizationStrong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standardsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Salary: R2.2Mil p/a - R2.4Mil p/aFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentRPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
