ROLE PURPOSETo provide administrative, coordination and project support to Implementations Managers.MAIN OUTPUTSCoordination with Implementation Executive and monitor all phases of implementation projects.Administrative support to Implementation teams.Manage Implementation IShare document library and ensure all documentation complies with the required ISO standardsEnsure all implementation governance documents are updated and reviewed by the Implementation Executive.Maintain all implementation objectives within the required timeframesInternal work stream project support and coordination (Arrange kick off meetings, update sessions, capture meeting minutes, follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables)Assist with Implementation reporting during the project and close out reporting after the implementation project is completedCoordinate the various implementation engagements internally and externallyAssist with drafting and mapping of various processes required during the implementation of new contractManage team leave register and ensure relevant approvals are obtainedCommunicate and issue reports to client as and when requiredObtain and analyse client and current incumbent data for project planning where contracts have a demobilisation element to be managed. Ability to do power points slides for presentations or reporting purposes.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:Certificate in Administration and Customer Service or Project Management CertificateMatric (Senior Certificate)1-3 years relevant experience conducting administrative dutiesCustomer Service training and administrationMS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects & MS OutlookFUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIESResult Oriented Customer/Client Focused Teamwork Attentive To Detail Ability To Dealing with Ambiguity Relationship BuildingStress Tolerant Interactive Reasoning Good Listening SkillsGood Written Communication Planning & Scheduling Excellent Oral Communication#J-18808-Ljbffr
