Gijima is looking to recruit 2 x competent Recruitment Consultant interns to assist our clients in finding the best candidates to staff their business. A successful candidate will attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions.The criteria is as follows:-Candidates must have completed a 3 year tertiary qualification in HR (i.e. HR diploma or degree)Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, internetNo criminal record;Candidates must currently be unemployed;Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program;Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) relocation is NOT an option;Candidates must be under the age of 35 as at 1 July 2024;Candidates must be a South African Citizen African, Coloured, IndianCompetencies/Skills Required:-Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Possess excellent command of the English languageUnderstanding of sourcing and recruiting techniquesCustomer service skillsOutstanding communication abilityConfident and pleasant personalityWell-organizedAbility to work with targetsSound judgementExcellent time management and organisational skillsA passionate desire to succeed and build a successful careerA winning mentalityOut of the box thinkingProficiency in using digital tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn, job boards), will be advantageous.
