The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes. What will you do? Prepare, review and manage sales staff remuneration Accounting of sales staff remuneration and related transactions Provide finance input in various business wide projects that affect distribution and finance SLA Sign off monthly audit file including AR's, reconciliations and journals Preparation of monthly management reports Negotiate timelines and SLA for projects partners and internal departments. Budget and Forecast of sales remuneration, manex&over-rider commissions. Provide input into development of management reports Co-ordination of audit for internal and external auditors Operational performance monitoring Resolve escalated operational issues timeously, investigating financial queries&providing adequate responses. Staff management and development - responsible for team output, setting out of deadlines and managing staff performance. Analyse and interpret data in order to provide management information for decision making Manage staff in line with company policy What will make you successful in this role? Bachelor's degree or Diploma in change management Certification in communication/journalism will be an added advantage Certification in Project management will be highly advantageous 7+ years' background in a similar position. The experience of building targeted content is advantageous. Sound understanding of communication practices and procedures. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
