The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes.What will you do?Prepare, review and manage sales staff remunerationAccounting of sales staff remuneration and related transactionsProvide finance input in various business wide projects that affect distribution and finance SLASign off monthly audit file including AR's, reconciliations and journalsPreparation of monthly management reportsNegotiate timelines and SLA for projects partners and internal departments.Budget and Forecast of sales remuneration, manex & over-rider commissions.Provide input into development of management reportsCo-ordination of audit for internal and external auditorsOperational performance monitoringResolve escalated operational issues timeously, investigating financial queries & providing adequate responses.Staff management and development - responsible for team output, setting out of deadlines and managing staff performance.Analyse and interpret data in order to provide management information for decision makingManage staff in line with company policyWhat will make you successful in this role?Bachelor's degree or Diploma in change managementCertification in communication/journalism will be an added advantageCertification in Project management will be highly advantageous7+ years' background in a similar position.The experience of building targeted content is advantageous.Sound understanding of communication practices and procedures.Excellent communication skills.Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesQuality and detail orientationPersuading and influencingClient service orientationCreating and innovatingAchieving personal work goals and objectivesEntrepreneurial and commercial thinkingInterpersonal sensitivitySound knowledge of writing for digital platforms and an inclination to drive digital solutions and find new and innovative ways to communicate.Ability to track and monitor engagement rates, as well as the ability to read these and find ways to increase engagement rates.Engaging with and working alongside Communication teamsPersonal AttributesFinancial acumen - Contributing through othersDecision quality - Contributing through othersManages complexity - Contributing through othersPlans and aligns - Contributing through othersBuild a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
