Role Title (Role Level):SAP Operations Engineer (Senior)Product / Feature Team Information (if applicable):Supply Chain Execution - WITESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Experience in at least one of the following technologies would be beneficial:SAP SD, MM (preferable)SAP AnalyticsSAP HANASAP ABAPChange request management (SAP transports)Solution Manager configuration & diagnosticsAny additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) CharterADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:SAP S/4 HANATake consultative approach to challenge customers requested solution design, should a better alternative exist.Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues/users.Strong Presentation skills.Good time management and organisational skills.Willingness to learn and grow with the team.Willingness to engage with foreign customers and be sensitive to possible language barriers and culture differences.Willingness and ability to work on weekends and public holidays on implementation and operations (IT Support) related tasks.Ability to work as part of an agile team, interdependant and independently to submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality.Proactive and take personal initiative when appropriate self-starter.Above board work ethics this is of utmost importance.Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project.Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required.Solution and results orientated with strong customer focus.Understand situational awareness and holistic view on topics.Continuous improvement mindset.Willing and able to travel internationally (if required)WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?IT Degree and / or relevant qualificationsDevOps (operations, configuration/development) experience in commercial and/or retail end user IT applications is advantageousAutomotive or similar manufacturing experience is advantageous.WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design document(s).Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements)Setting up the organization structure for Sales & Distribution processes and perform all relevant configuration, including Materials Management where integration requires this.Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testingPreparation of Sales & Distribution templates for various objects e.g., sales orders.Integration testing with other modulesUnderstand interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processingPreparing the cut over strategy for SD objectsPreparing User manuals and conducting training to business process ownersGo-live preparation and post Go-live supportInteraction with clients through meetings, calls and emailsReceiving, troubleshooting, resolving and closing Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing supportExecuting the required changes through configurationExecuting the analysis and resolution of Production Support callsRaising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications for themPreparing test data for testing of CRs (Change Requests)Testing CRs (Change Requests) and preparing test resultsCarrying out regression testingInteract with consultants of other modulesSteer external consultants in allocating deliverables to these feature teams and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables.User interface transactional solutionsAnalyse and scope End-user authorisation roles.Update and maintain documentation as an existing systems functionality is changed.Execution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings etc.Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain, as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s).Steering of operations within the product.WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?Cutting edge global IT system landscape and processesFlexible working of 1960 hours in a 12-month periodHigh Work-Life balanceRemote / On-site work location flexibilityHighly motivating, energetic, and fast-paced working environmentModern, state-of-the-art officesDynamic Global Team collaborationApplication of the Agile Working Model Methodology#J-18808-Ljbffr
