Bosman Adama, situated in Wellington, Western Cape, is looking for a passionate and driven team player with excellent communication, time-management and organisational skills to join their team. The ideal candidate has the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure. Duties will include (but not limited to): *Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems *Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, procedures, and documentation *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics, track performance, and drive corrective and preventive actions as needed *Stay up to date with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices *Lead investigations into quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances, and develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions *Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements *Prepare and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records, to support compliance efforts and audits *All other tasks related to this position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent work experience; • Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance; • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements; • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor) will be beneficial; • Working knowledge of Global Gap, BRC and IFS Certification will be advantageous; • Experience with auditing and conducting internal and external quality audits is highly desirable; • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
