Key Responsibilities:Ensure the delivery of activities focused on Employee Engagement, Employee Wellbeing, Talent Management, and Performance ManagementGuided by annual calendar of Talent Development events to meet business deadlines within SLA standards, including readiness for key internal meetingsEnsure that Employee Engagement initiatives are effectively managedManage internal communication requests and projects, ensuring effective and collaborative briefing; communication preparation and planning; signed off by the correct stakeholders and scheduled, asper agreed operating procedureBuild relationships (internal; third parties; etc)Brief tasks to be delivered by Transactional Services’ teams within agreed lead times, agree delivery and ensure timeous and quality completionExecute operational activities for / through relevant third parties Escalate third party delivery issues to relevant relationship holder Attend regular operational meetings with third parties Ensure timeous payments to third parties are processedBrief work to external suppliers within agreed lead times and ensure timeous and quality deliveryContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for improvement in Talent Development processes and communicate these to Talent Manager for considerationDevelop and execute Change Management PlansOverall Change Management PlanCommunication planEducation and Training planPlans to support Sponsor, Change Agents, and other leaders (where applicable)Resistance or Change Risk planSupport change management role-players and build coalition by providing coaching in the change process on change approach and tactics (e.g. change agents) and maintain a coalition (where necessary) to drive out the change management planEvaluate and measure Change Management effectiveness/successPropose and agree change management measures of success with associated tangible metricsAlign change management measures of success to overall project measuresDevelop plan to measure and monitor success aligned to tangible metricsProvide feedback of change management metrics to relevant stakeholdersQualifications and Experience:HR related qualificationAccreditation in a Change Management methodology (e.g. Prosci) - desirable6 – 8 years’ working experience within a similar role2 - 3 years’ experience working in a project coordination and delivery contextWorking understanding of Talent Development and / or HR generalist activitiesExperience working with Leaders at all levels in an organizationExperience in project planningFacilitation experienceSkills: Customer service / passionate about employee experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA ‘can do’ attitude with high service deliveryContinuous improvement performance mindsetUnderstanding of related policies and legislation and TFG business context - desirableResilient in the face of obstaclesAbility to work in fast paced environments and manage multiple projectsAbility to analyse and interpret dataAbility to lead changeAbility to prioritiseSound judgement and decision makingBecome a TFG Brand AmbassadorBehaviours: Applies market and business insights in order to drive organisational objectivesEffectively works with others to achieve shared goalsCreates an environment that fosters and nurtures a culture of creativity, which drives successThinks and plans strategically, focusing on the long-term goals and objectives of the organisationDevelops plans and prioritises initiatives that align to the organisational goals and objectivesUnderstands and navigates dynamics created by processes, systems, and peopleAssesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processesQuickly adapts and acquires new knowledge, skills, and competencies in a rapidly changing environmentInterprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problemsTakes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targetsSets ambitious goals and takes focused action to achieve desired outcomes to deliver measurable resultsPreference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
