You will work closely with the finance team and other stakeholders to provide accurate financial information and support strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:Full accounting functionFull processing from source documents to trial balancePreparation and processing of monthly journals, salary journals, depreciation journals, Interest on loan accounts, etc.General ledger account reconciliationsFull Processing of cash book and reconciliationDebtors and Creditors control account reconciliation and processingBank ReconciliationsMonthly VAT Calculations and VAT ReconsPreparation of Monthly Intercompany InvoicesPreparation of Monthly Management ReportsPreparation of Annual Financial Statements and assist with audit and queriesCalculation of Corporate Income TaxSARS e-filing submission and administration and Liaise with SARS for any queriesManage HP LoansManage and prepare monthly costs by ProjectsFiling on Annual ReturnsEMP501 EMP201 IT14 – tax returnsAdmin DutiesRequirements:B Com Degree in Financial Accounting or similar3 Years working accounting experience and aboveSAGE Accounting packagesSARS e-filingValid driver's license and own reliable transportAttention to detailMicrosoft Excel proficiencyStrong knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsExperience with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levelsStrong organizational and time management skillsBenefits:Salary: R300K/Yr - R440k/YrContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
