Jeppe High School for Girls, a leading, monastic public school situated in Kensington, Johannesburg seeks to employ:FACULTY: COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGERTHE STARTING DATE OF THE APPOINTMENT IS 1 JULY 2024.REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Be an experienced, dynamic, highly skilled individual who is relationship driven, people orientated and has a passion for having a positive impact on society.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Coordinating of various marketing projects.Have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.Have the ability to work in a team.Content update on various school platforms including the website, social media and content creation.Have the ability to multitask, priorities and work independently (work within deadlines)Is flexible to support after hours events.Assistance and coordination at open days of the school: Coordinating the Schools annualgraduation/prizegiving and Coordination of all School events.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or suitable work experience (minimum 3 years) in similar functionExperience in content management, graphic design, copywriting or similar (advantageous)Be respectful of and mindful of working in a multi-cultural, monastic school environment.Have great communication skills.Be able to promote the profile of the school as a whole to external audiences.Develop and manage relationships with feeder schools to support growth.A background and reference check will be mandatory.A comprehensive CV with covering letter and 3 references.Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the right candidate is identified.
