Minimum of 2 -3 years sales experience in the Medical Field is essentialThe medical portfolio will consist of : disinfection, fusion therapy, wound products and stoma.Individuals must have experience with 2 or 3 of the 4 above listed medical portfoliosNursing qualification or similar will be an advantageProvide supportive services to all allocated customers in assigned geographical areas being Pretoria West and North West ProvincePromote and sell products to all allocated customers as per defined strategies Develop strong professional relationships with all the customers Attend industry symposiums, congresses and conferences (this includes functions scheduled during evenings and over weekends)Develop an area plan based on the division's strategy - ensuring strategic customers and products are includedPre-call planning should be completed prior to each call and must include call objectives, feedback required from previous call, etc.Report on all relevant market information: changes in customer requirements, competitor activities, complaints, etc.Ensure samples and marketing material are in a pristine and presentable condition at all timesIdentify customer Training needs and plan training sessions accordingly.Ensure product and concept knowledge (Disinfection, Infusion Therapy, Wound and Stoma Care, etc.) is up to date at all timesEnsure knowledge of competitor products and relevant guidelines are updated regularlyEnsure knowledge of clinical data is up to date at all times - incorporate publications and articles during daily sales callsTests based on product and concept knowledge will be written a minimum of twice per year and pass rate of 80% must be met.#J-18808-Ljbffr
