Managing and building current customer relationships. Managing service and sales reps. Identifying other opportunities on current customer sites. Identifying, approaching and converting new customers and markets that are in line with the company’s objectives. Addressing customer concerns / complaints timeously and with energy. Recruiting, setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Take full responsibility of all area affairs as the Senior Process engineer 16.2 appointee, including but not limited to: Ensuring compliance to applicable legislations in your area. Appoint competent employees to ensure safe and competent execution of tasks in the area operations. Ensure all employees in your areas have gone through site specific engagement processes such as (security screening, entry medicals, induction and any other required training on that specific site). This shall be kept valid at all times. Consult with the SHEQ Department in developing training needs analysis and train employees to empower and ensure safe execution of tasks. Ensure full participation, consultation and communication through Safety Meetings with all personnel in your area. Lead by example, create a climate for the desired good safety culture within your area and for the entire organization. Manage all area incidents/accidents and making sure of reporting to Senior Management, Specific Clients and managing complete events, where there is lOD’s involved. Report to Senior Management on your areas safety performance and your objectives for continual improvements. You will also be required to: Develop your employees to ensure that you have depth in your team. This will assist with succession planning within yours and other areas within Watercare. Be prepared to work outside of normal business hours. Prepare information and attend meetings required by management. Ensure that copies of all reports and correspondence generated by you in the course of your duty are filed electronically or as hardcopies. Maintain confidentiality of all information you may acquire or be given. Be prepared to assume responsibility for specific accounts and systems as requested by management. Adhere to all SHEQ requirements and legislation. Understanding fully Your client’s scope of work and expected deliverables.
