Job Functions: The Clerk will be responsible for overseeing the entire salvage process of vehicles, from the time of initial contact to the time of final disposition. They will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient removal, storage, and disposal of salvage vehicles. Job Responsibilities: Receive salvage documents from relevant insurance companies. Check location of the vehicle and the coding. Check the key and any extras, load onto Sales Force. Cross check information between invoice, Natis and Sales force. Upload all required criteria. Load Natis onto Why Queue for dealer stocking. Do trans union, cross check values and upload Sales force with correct values. Once invoices are finalized, finance to assist with the GRV’s. Dealer stock return, upload and change invoice status to RTMU Local or Long Distance. Car marked up, signed invoices returned to salvage to process for payment – double check all the information on Salesforce. Weekly follow up to be done on queries and tenders. Extra Duties: Prepare lists for the agent every day. Prepare Natis for registration and fill in Why Queue. Prepare Why Queue Invoice for finance, check the on bills. Oversee the filing room and the archiving. Job Requirements: Matric. 2 Years experience in Claims handling. 2 Years experience in a Salvage industry. Strong industry knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
