Internal audit / Sarbanes Oxley project manager/External audit:Oversee the Sarbanes Oxley Act section 404 requirements including:planning of the quarterly audit, and external auditupdating documentation of processesperforming walkthroughs, at least annuallyperforming bi-annual testing of controlsidentifying weaknesses in internal controls and reporting of these deficiencies to the financial manager and relevant heads of department. Taxation:Complete of all tax returns (monthly VAT returns, quarterly Ad-valorem returns, provisional tax, STC etc)Assist with Performing the VAT reasonability testMaintenance of the Ad-valorem tariff code table in the system.Monthly reporting of tax forecasts to New York as well as the annual Form 5471Assist with Preparation of the annual tax pack and completion of the IT14 returnAudit liaison of the annual tax packPrepare tax schedules required for the annual tax pack.Assistance with all tax related queries/audits Statutory Annual Financial Statements:Assist and support the Finance Manager with Preparation of the Statutory Annual Financial StatementsStrong financial and analytical skills with previous financial management, accounting and reporting experience.
