We're looking for a Program Coordinator to oversee all program-related activities within our Education Department. This involves everything from developing new programs and assessments to coordinating with external educational professionals. Duties: Plan and Coordinate: Assist in planning and coordinating educational programs, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging. Manage Assessments: Oversee the development and coordination of both formative (assignments) and summative (exams) assessments. Quality Assurance: Ensure all educational content meets quality standards and align with learning outcomes. Database Management: Maintain detailed records for students and alumni to aid in tracking and support. Policy Implementation: Help implement and adhere to educational policies and procedures, ensuring smooth and compliant operations. Experience: Relevant qualification in a relevant field. Have 3-5 years of experience in education, with at least 2 years in a similar coordinator role. Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and have excellent planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
