This role includes the development and review of curriculum, ensuring academic integrity, and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. The Head of Faculty will manage all aspects of program assessments, from design to implementation, ensuring that they meet operational efficiencies and comply with regulatory body standards. This position also involves updating module materials, managing academic staff, and overseeing the student journey from registration to certification. Requirements: Minimum of a master’s degree in a relevant field. (Science/Tech) At least 5 years of experience in education, with a preference for experience in program management and distance learning environments. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with learning management systems. Strong planning, organizational, and management skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and handle a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and periodically review the program curriculum and teaching materials. Ensure alignment and compliance of all programs with regulatory and accreditation bodies. Manage and optimize the end-to-end assessment processes. Work collaboratively with various teams to digitize module materials and integrateinnovative teaching methods. Coordinate faculty efforts in program development, reviews, and faculty sales performance. Develop and maintain industry partnerships and ensure programs meet current market needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
