Overview Description:  Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a Production Engineer to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.  Responsibilities: Generate reports and analyze trends. Establish document control systems and ensure compliance with regulations. Streamline internal processes and supply chain operations. Drive change initiatives and oversee implementation. Manage risk and approve innovative solutions. Execute the business plan to meet operational and market goals. Promote compliance culture and address negative trends. Evaluate and manage contractor services. Oversee maintenance of production machinery. Stay informed about industry developments and economic conditions. Take responsibility for function performance and execute strategic plans. Requirements: Grade 12 GCC (Mines & Works) Bachelors Degree in Engineering 5 years’ experience as an Engineer in the Mining Industry. 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
