Intercare Sandton Day Hospital (Pty) Ltd, situated in Sandton, seeks to recruit a Stock Controller. The focus of this position is to plan, organise and coordinate the ordering, receiving, storing and counting of all stock for use in the Hospitals. CRITICAL OUTPUTS Ordering and receiving stock Actively maintain stock management processes Participate in monthly stock cycle counts Security and Quality Control Stock storage and packing according to policy Regularly check that all stock is bar coded Ensure integrity of data and that regular price updates acquired is in line with protocol REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 essential Enrolled Nurse / Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary qualification will be an advantage Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Stock Controller in a hospital environment Computer literacy (MS Office, AS400) Excellent communication skills Knowledge of hospital procedures and medical terminology will be an advantage If your personal purpose is aligned to our purpose and your values fit in with our value system, please apply.
