About You As the Traffic Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the workflow and resources within our creative team. You will be responsible for managing the intake, prioritisation, scheduling, and delivery of creative projects for the marketing department, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects/tasks are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Intake and Prioritisation: Receive project requests from internal stakeholders and assess their scope, requirements, and priority levels. Collaborate with stakeholders and project owners to clarify objectives, deliverables, and timelines for each project. Prioritise projects based on strategic goals, resource availability, and deadlines. 2. Resource Allocation and Scheduling: Assign appropriate resources (designers, copywriters, etc.) to each project based on skill set, workload, and project requirements. Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule/calendar, ensuring that all projects are properly sequenced and deadlines are achievable. Anticipate resource conflicts or bottlenecks and proactively resolve them to keep projects on track. 3. Workflow Management: Establish clear workflows and approval processes for different types of projects, ensuring smooth handoffs between team members and departments. Monitor the progress of projects at each stage of development, identifying potential delays or issues and taking corrective actions as needed. Implement project management tools and systems to streamline communication, collaboration, and file sharing within the creative team. 4. Quality Control and Delivery: Conduct regular reviews of work-in-progress to ensure that deliverables meet brief standards and requirements. Oversee the final delivery of completed projects, ensuring that all assets are properly archived and distributed to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications&Requirements: Proven experience (3 years) in project management, traffic coordination, or production management, preferably in a creative agency or e-commerce environment. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is recommended. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Manage multiple projects and demands simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Capable of working under pressure in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp) and familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Understands new information to produce insights while proactively examining alternative courses of action to identify viable solutions. Demonstrates proficiency in essential soft skills including effective communication, adept stress management, adaptability, and the ability to manage interpersonal dynamics effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
