QualificationMatric Studying towards Finance or HR will be advantageousRequirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficient in Sage EvolutionExperience doing debtors and reconciliations HR administration experience including employee contracts, employee benefits, job descriptions, assist with disciplinary process DutiesDebtors payment allocationsDebtors age analysis managementAllocations, queries and follow up on payment.Weekly reporting to managementPetrol card recon and capturingVehicle fine managementTravel reimbursement reconcilingManagement of new customers (Credit application, processing, credit checks and creating accounts)Debtors QueriesDebtors credit note processingMonthly sales report on Key CustomersAd hoc filingDebtors monthly statementsDebtors weekly invoicesCanteen ticket sales and reconcilingProvide assistance on special projects or tasks as assignedNew employee induction process management Preparations of new employee placement packs (documentation)Schedule and facilitate inductions an onboard trainingEmployee contracts and relevant checksAd hoc leave and overtime reportsEmployee queries - Handle employee queries and provide necessary information or guidance regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.Manage employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and queries related to health insurance plans and other benefits programs.Creation and management of exit interview processMaintaining of employee recordsMaintain accurate and updated information on individuals.Ensure compliance with data protection in accordance with the POPIA.
