Key Responsibilities: Strategically manage user sessions , utilizing data-driven insights to refine the user journey and reduce drop-offs. Develop and execute strategies to boost user engagement, retention, and satisfaction across our products and platforms. Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to implement UX improvements effectively. Spearhead AB testing initiatives to evaluate UX enhancements and iterate for optimal impact. Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track user metrics and inform decision-making processes. Manage the full end-to-end product management lifecycle for both mobile and web apps. Lead product documentation efforts for features, ticket planning, and roadmap planning in collaboration with the founder. Stay abreast of industry trends , continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or UX Manager, with a proven track record of optimizing user experiences. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, along with expertise in analytics tools. Demonstrated leadership in leading AB testing initiatives and implementing successful UX optimizations. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across cross-functional teams. A dedication to user-centric design principles and delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience with mobile web apps, API documentation, or AI testing is advantageous. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is beneficial.
