Experience: Previous experience in order processing, customer service, customer liaison and sales roles is required. Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in using Excel (Intermediate Level) and data entry skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong listening and presentation skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple orders simultaneously. Familiarity with order management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory management processes is an advantage. Problem-solving abilities to address order-related issues and customer concerns efficiently. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Outputs: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Quote internal leads on allocation basis by Zoho Desk Ensure quotes are submitted timeously to avoid delay on customer side Support on Contract quotes as allocated by Sales Director Understand customer needs and requirements. Close sales and achieve monthly quotas Give timeous feedback prior to due date on outstanding orders quoted. Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
