Purpose of the Job: Managing the Direct Customer and Co-operatives Sales&Feedback Teams as well as assist with developing potential business. Skills and Knowledge required: Previous experience in order processing, customer service, customer liaison and direct and indirect sales is required. Experience in working with customers selling and organising the company’s agenda in customer’s environment. Experience as Team Leader. Excel Skills on proven Intermediate level. Negotiating and Influencing skills. Outputs: Team Leader Responsibilities Manages appointed junior staff members in this division to ensure required tasks are adhered to and feedback given to allow divisional requirements to be expedited. Manage Leave and Sick Leave Effective team leading to ensure team cohesion, motivation and coaching to ensure workflow and accuracy. Customer Service Management Seeing customer orders through to the end. Acts as a focal point for customer problems, questions or concerns. Following up on customer queries. Investigating credits and returns. Ensure customers receive their stock correctly and on time as per feedback given by supplier expediting team. Participate in marketing events/ trade shows when and where needed. Internal company Communication and Coordination Coordinate with the proper company personnel to provide timely and accurate answers for the customers timeously and proactively. Co-ordinate with Logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time as per feedback supplied to customers. Reporting Weekly Sales Report. Selected customers back-order report with status feedback.
