The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the store. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand image, the manager will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. - Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and training to support team development and performance improvement. - Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated to excel. - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining profitability. - Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and preserving customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. - Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that merchandise displays are aesthetically pleasing, on-brand, and effectively showcase the products. - Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security protocols, and health and safety guidelines. - Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives and market trends. Qualifications: At least 2 years of Assistant Store Management Experience. Grade 12 Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-end or luxury fashion environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
