To expand CHG organisations network of healthcare professionals by forging strategic partnerships. The incumbent is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified doctors to join CHG medical team, fostering relationships with healthcare institutions and developing business opportunities to support the growth of CHG. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration. 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role. Proven experience in business development, sales, or healthcare recruitment. Minimum work experience: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the healthcare industry. Establish and maintain relationships with medical institutions, clinics, and healthcare providers. Develop and present business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with head of marketing to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract doctors and medical institutions. Identify new market trends and customer needs to tailor products or services accordingly. Negotiate and close deals with clients, vendors, or other business partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction. Analyse sales data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Attend conferences, seminars, and events related to healthcare and recruitment. Keep abreast on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in doctor recruitment and business development. Leverage professional networks to enhance recruitment efforts and expand the organization's presence. Conduct research and outreach programmes to identify potential candidates for various medical positions. Engage candidates through interviews and assessing their qualifications and suitability for the roles. Collaborate with HR and hospital managers to coordinate the recruitment process efficiently.
