Duties&Responsibilities Application Support and maintenance Provide dedicated support to Sales agent, including supporting andmaintaining the applications they use. Support and maintain all other applications 24/7, to ensure stability,systems availability, and performance according to agreed SLA, Support, maintain and monitor Non-Production and ProductionEnvironments, Deploy applications to Non-Production and Production Environments, Maintain software components&ensure reliable deployment of newfeatures, Review input deliverables from Development (RN / DI), Prepare implementation plan and Communicate to stakeholders, Ensure application monitoring is in place as well as automated dailyhealth checks, Research new tools, technologies and best practices, Taking ownership of software issues, and working with DevelopmentTeams to resolve more advanced issues, Support the adoption of Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration,and Agile best practices, Automation of manual tasks, Proactively perform routine maintenance activities, Perform daily health checks on all applications, Manage pre-implementation and post-implementation testing, Monitor Service Desk queue and manage incidents, requests andproblems experienced with systems, Run production scripts to correct system errors, Provide business support when required (e.g. month-end operationalactivities), Log Change requests and CAB attendance.
