In thisrole, you will be responsible for effectively delivering a qualitycompliance and risk management service to our clients at a regionallevel and adherence to the compliance requirements as dictated by theFSCA. Responsibilities Outsourced compliance functiondelivered to financial services clients and otherFICA-accountable institutions. Fulfil compliancefunction required in terms of FAIS, FICA, and other applicablelegislation and business requirements. Establish aculture of compliance and provide a compliance risk framework toclients. Assist clients to achieve the TCF outcomes. Perform all functions to the standard and deadlines set byRegional Manager. Provide clients with high quality,personalised and substantive reports. Include clients incompliance processes and provide post monitoring feedback. Maintain records as required by the business. Displaybehaviour and attitudes that positively contributes to the well-beingand development of the regional team, the company, and itsclients. Sourcing and signing up of new clients. Requirements A Legal/Accounting/Financialdegree or A FSCA (FSB) recognised qualification. Registered as a FSCA approved Compliance Officer, Category I (CategoryII if possible).
